    Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin, and jewelry made of it will naturally tarnish with time. The tarnish is a greenish layer of copper oxide formed when bronze comes into contact with oxygen and is called patina. This Patina can be removed and Bronze can last for decades if cared for. To clean your bronze simply use warm water, soap and a sponge or a toothbrush for hard to reach places. To remove the Patina on your bronze jewelry, start by washing it with warm water to remove any dirt, and then dry the piece. Take a small bowl, and put 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda in it. Pour a little lemon juice, and mix it with the soda until you make a paste. Rub the paste onto your bronze jewelry, and keep rubbing until the item is clean; you can use a toothbrush or a cloth. Then leave the item with the paste on for about half an hour before rinsing the jewelry and drying it with a cloth.

    All items are made to order with love and care and take 10-15 working days for production not including shipping (which can take from 3-5 working days via DHL, Aramex or UPS Express)

    How do I return or exchange an item?

    We offer an exchange or credit note for faulty items or change of size. Items will only be exchanged / credited if they are: 

    In their original purchase condition.

    Have not been worn, washed, used or damaged.

    Are accompanied by the original receipt.

    Have all original tags and stickers.

    All exchanges & returns must be posted back to SheKudo within 7 days of original delivery date. For items deemed faulty by Shekudo upon receipt, customers will be provided with our account shipping details. For exchanges; customers are responsible for shipping costs and any other charges incurred by their shipping carriers. Time for exchanges will revert back to original production time of 10-15 business days + shipping time.
